171. Such withdrawal shall only be valid, however, if it is deposited in the official office of the returning-officer, during ordinary office hours, prior to the third day following that for the nomination of candidates as regards the electoral districts of Duplessis and Saguenay and prior to the seventh day as regards the other electoral districts.
