116. The Québec Official Publisher shall print and publish, or cause to be printed and published, for the Government:
(a)  the statutes of Québec;
(b)  an official journal, known as the Gazette officielle du Québec;
(c)  such documents and announcements as the Government may require to be printed or published.
The Québec Official Publisher shall be entrusted with the sale of Government publications and shall fix the price thereof.
Subject to the Act respecting the cinema, the Official Publisher may sell photographic or audiovisual documents produced by the Government departments and by Government agencies.
