26. (Repealed).

26. The Minister of Finance may pay the sum of $600 000 to the Institut out of the consolidated revenue fund for the fiscal year of the Government ending 31 March 1980, the sum of $1 200 000 for the fiscal year ending 31 March 1981, the sum of $1 500 000 for the fiscal year ending 31 March 1982, and a sum equal to that for the preceding fiscal year, plus 10 per cent or such higher percentage not in excess of 25 per cent for each fiscal year as the Government may fix, for each subsequent fiscal year.
