27. In the cases referred to in section 26, all or part of a subsidy intended for a public body may be withheld or cancelled.

However, neither a subsidy for the transportation of schoolchildren nor a subsidy provided for in the second paragraph of section 477 of the Education Act (chapter I-13.3) or the second paragraph of section 470 of the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) may be withheld or cancelled.
