80. Notwithstanding sections 3 and 10 of the Charter of human rights and freedoms (chapter C-12), the integration of the religious beliefs and values of a particular denomination into the educational plan of a school or the recognition of the confessional status of a school does not prejudice the right to equal recognition and exercise of freedom of conscience and religion, merely because all the persons attending the school do not share the same religious beliefs and values.
