Disposition versions
134. After transmitting a list of the candidates declared elected to the Secretary General of the National Assembly, the director general of elections shall, as soon as possible, publish a notice in the Gazette officielle du Québec indicating the surnames and given names of the elected candidates, their political affiliations and the names of their respective electoral divisions.
From the publication of that notice, an elected candidate is a member of the National Assembly.
134.
