E-2.3 - Act respecting school elections to elect certain members of the boards of directors of English-language school service centres

160. The members elected to the board of directors shall take office on 1 July following the declaration of election.
They shall remain in office until the date of the declaration of election of the candidate elected at a new election, unless their seat becomes vacant for one of the reasons set out in section 191.
