6. In payment of the price for the shares allotted under section 3, the Minister of Finance shall pay to Sidbec, out of the consolidated revenue fund, the following sums: $12 000 000 per annum during the first six years, $26 000 000 per annum during the seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth years, and $23 000 000 during the eleventh year. Each instalment shall be applied to the payment in full of a proportional number of shares.
