Section 24.6 Disposition versions

24.6. The president shall reject every ballot paper

(1)  that was not supplied by him;

(2)  that indicates more than one vote for a single candidate;

(3)  that includes two identical votes;

(4)  that includes fewer or more than 40 votes;

(5)  that does not clearly indicate 40 different votes.
