96.1. The Régie must suspend the driver’s licence or learner’s licence of a person or suspend a person’s right to obtain a licence when it receives the notice provided for in section 63.20 of the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15). The suspension remains in force until the Régie receives the notice provided for in section 63.21 of the said Act.
