150. The filing of the notice of appeal or of the application for leave to appeal from an interlocutory decision suspends the execution of the decision of the Commission until the decision of the Court is rendered. If it is an appeal from a decision ordering a public body to cease or refrain from doing something, the filing of the notice or application does not suspend execution of the decision.

The filing of the notice of appeal or of the motion for leave to appeal from an interlocutory decision suspends the execution of the decision of the Commission until the decision of the Court is rendered. If it is an appeal from a decision ordering a public body to cease or refrain from doing something, the filing of the notice or motion does not suspend execution of the decision.

150. The appeal is brought by filing with the Commission a notice to that effect served on the parties, within ten days from the date of the decision giving leave for the appeal.
The filing of the notice takes the place of service on the Commission.
