79. Three owners or lessees of immoveables situated in a territory contemplated in article 36 of the Municipal Code (chapter C-27.1) may apply in writing to the Commission for an assessment of the conformity of a by-law provided for in sections 76 and 77 that is applicable to that territory, in accordance with sections 103 to 107, which apply, mutatismutandis.
