Regulation respecting fees for attestation, registration and research in the Register of the domain of the State
Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State
(chapter T-8.1, s. 71).
1. A person who has a deed or document covered by section 26 or 28 of the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1) registered in the Register of the domain of the State, shall pay a fee of $35.

2. A person wishing to obtain a certified extract from the Register or an attestation of information in writing respecting rights registered in the Register in respect of a lot shall pay at the time of his request a research fee of $5 on each lot or part of a lot covered by the request.

3. A fee of $100 shall be charged for the issue of a transfer attestation.

4. The public bodies covered by section 27 of the Act and Government departments are exempted from payment of the fees prescribed by this Regulation.

5. Municipalities and persons acting on behalf of a Government department are exempted from payment of the fees prescribed by section 2.
