Regulation respecting the financing of the administration costs of the Commission de la construction du Québec for the compulsory annual vacation and public holiday fund
Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry
(chapter R-20, s. 123).
1. The Commission de la construction du Québec may use the interests on the funds respecting compulsory annual vacations and general holidays up to a sum equal to 25% of those interest plus $965,000, in order to meet the administration and collection costs of the plan.

3. For its administration, the Commission may use a sum of $1,980,000 that is holds in trust as a reserve created from the interests on the compulsory annual vacation and public holiday fund.
