Regulation respecting the use by the Commission de la construction du Québec of unidentified funds kept in trust to pay wage claims of construction employees
Act respecting labour relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry
(chapter R-20, s. 123).
1. The Commission de la construction du Québec is authorised to use for its administration funds held in trust against wage claims in favour of an employee who on 31 December in any year has been unidentified for 3 years.
