47.2. A pharmacist who provides a medication or a substance to a competent professional for the purpose of the administration of medical aid in dying must notify the Commission within 30 days and send it, in the manner determined by government regulation, the information prescribed by that regulation. This information is confidential and, despite the Act respecting health and social services information (chapter R-22.1), may not be disclosed to any other person, except to the extent that the information is necessary for the purposes of this section or for the carrying out of a research project where the researcher may have access to it in accordance with Division II of Chapter IV of that Act.
