72. The members of a governing board may not be prosecuted for an act performed in good faith in the exercise of governing board functions.

72. Where the orientation committee is unable to hold a meeting for lack of a quorum after three consecutive notices of meetings, the school board may order that the functions and powers of the orientation committee shall be suspended for the period it determines and that they shall be exercised by the principal.
