32. (Repealed).

32. A school board may provide school day care to children receiving preschool education and elementary instruction in its schools.
Day care shall be provided on a regular basis during the periods fixed by regulation.

32. A school board or a corporation of school trustees may provide school day care to children attending classes and receiving educational services in kindergarten and primary grades in its schools.
Day care shall be provided on a regular basis on school days outside school hours, during the periods fixed by regulation.
