10.1. Within three months after the issue of his permit and, subsequently, every year before 15 October, every permit holder who is required, under section 10 or 10.0.1, to form a parents committee shall, by way of written notice, call a meeting of all the parents of children who are received in the day care centre or nursery school or by the persons the permit holder has recognized as persons responsible for home day care so that they may elect their representatives to the parents committee.
For that purpose, a person responsible for home day care must, on request, furnish to the holder of an agency permit having recognized the person as such the names and addresses of the parents of the children the person receives.
