TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

LIÈVRE CONTROLLED ZONE

A territory situated in the municipalité régionale de comté de Le Domaine-du-Roy, in the townships of Bécart, Chabanel, Lyonne, Ross, Dechêne and in unorganized territory, comprising an area of 964 km2 and whose perimeter may be described as follows:

Foreword

In this technical description, it is understood that when following a watercourse or skirting a lake, it is always done, unless mentioned otherwise, along the outside limit of the shore, that is the normal high water mark.

Starting from point 1 located on the northwest shore of Lac Davenne at its intersection with the right bank of a tributary of that lake, point whose coordinates are:

5,328,500 m N and 669,100 m E;

From point 1, northwesterly, along the bank of that tributary, so as to include it, to point 2 whose coordinates are:

5,332,350 m N and 666,050 m E;

From point 2, northwesterly, along a straight line to point 3 located on the right bank of Rivière à la Corne at its mouth in Rivière Trenche, point whose coordinates are:

5,337,200 m N and 659,100 m E;

From point 3, northeasterly, along the right bank of Rivière à la Corne, so as to include it, to point 4 located on the northern limit of Canton de Chabanel, point whose coordinates are:

5,346,950 m N and 663,050 m E;

From point 4, westerly, along that limit to point 5 located on the right bank of Rivière Raimbault, point whose coordinates are:

5,346,800 m N and 656,700 m E;

From point 5, northeasterly then northwesterly, along the bank of that river, so as to include it, to point 6 whose coordinates are:

5,375,550 m N and 655,400 m E;

From point 6, northeasterly, along a straight line to point 7 located on the southwestern limit of Canton de Drapeau, point whose coordinates are:

5,382,000 m N and 661,150 m E;

From point 7, southeasterly, along that limit and the southwestern limit of Canton de Lyonne to point 8 located on the southeast shore of Lac Touladi, skirting Lac Poucet and Lac Touladi so as to exclude them, point whose coordinates are:

5,370,350 m N and 670,000 m E;

From point 8, southeasterly, along a straight line to point 9, skirting Lac Lunette, so as to exclude it, point whose coordinates are:

5,369,850 m N and 676,250 m E;

From point 9, southeasterly, along a straight line to point 10 located on the left bank of Rivière Ouiatchouaniche, point whose coordinates are:

5,366,000 m N and 691,100 m E;

From point 10, southeasterly then southwesterly, along the bank of that river, so as to exclude it, to point 11 located on the southwestern limit of Canton de Chabanel, point whose coordinates are:

5,351,200 m N and 685,550 m E;

From point 11, southeasterly, along the limit of that township to point 12, located on the left bank of the tributary of Lac Poitiers, point whose coordinates are:

5,350,550 m N and 686,050 m E;

From point 12, southwesterly, along the bank of that tributary, the shore of Lac Poitiers, the bank of its effluent, the shore of Lac de la Vase, the bank of the tributary of Lac du Panache, the bank of Rivière Croche of the shore of Lac de la Baie, the shore of Lac Davenne, so as to include them, to point 13 located at the southeast end of Lac Davenne, point whose coordinates are:

5,326,100 m N and 670,000 m E;

From point 13, westerly, along a straight line to point 14 located on the right bank of Rivière Croche (Lac Davenne), point whose coordinates are:

5,326,100 m N and 669,975 m E;

From point 14, northwesterly, along the west shore of Lac Davenne, so as to include it, to the starting point.

1. Was withdrawn from that territory: the J. Clovis-Laflamme Ecological Reserve

A territory situated in Canton de Ross and in unorganized territory and described as follows:

Starting from point 15 located on the southern limit of the road leading to Saint-Hedwidge-de-Roberval at the intersection with the left bank of a tributary of Lac Charley, point whose coordinates are:

5,359,725 m N and 681,250 m E;

From point 15, southwesterly, along the bank of that tributary, the shore of Lac Charley, the bank of its effluent, the shore of Lac de l’Abri à Canot, the left bank of Ruisseau Panache, so as to exclude them, to point 16 whose coordinates are:

5,354,000 m N and 680,850 m E;

From point 16, northeasterly, along a straight line to point 17, located on the southwest shore of Lac des Roches, point whose coordinates are:

5,354,800 m N and 681,725 m E;

From point 17, northeasterly, along the shore of that lake and the bank of a tributary, so as to exclude them, to point 18 whose coordinates are:

5,355,650 m N and 681,750 m E;

From point 18, northwesterly, along a straight line to point 19 and its coordinates are:

5,355,800 m N and 681,650 m E;

From point 19, northeasterly, along a straight line to point 20 located on the eastern limit of Canton de Ross, point whose coordinates are:

5,355,850 m N and 681,750 m E;

From point 20, northwesterly, along that limit to point 21 and its coordinates are:

5,356,575 m N and 681,150 m E;

From point 21, northeasterly, along a straight line to point 22 located on the western limit of the right-of-way of the road leading to Lac Mathabé, point whose coordinates are:

5,357,100 m N and 681,850 m E;

From point 22, northeasterly, along that right-of-way limit, so as to exclude it, to point 23 located on the southern limit of the road leading to Saint-Hedwidge-de-Roberval, point whose coordinates are:

5,359,500 m N and 682,175 m E;

From point 23, northeasterly, along that right-of-way limit, so as to exclude it, to the starting point.
