Disposition versions
269. If a school council neglects or refuses to comply with an Act or a regulation of the Government, of the Minister or with a by-law of the school board, the school board shall issue a formal notice enjoining its compliance; if the school council fails to comply, the school board shall take any measures necessary to ensure its compliance with the Act and the regulations thereunder, in particular, by substituting its own decisions for those of the school council.
