468.31. The registers and documents in the possession of the secretary and forming part of the records of the management board and the account books of the treasurer may be examined by any person during regular working hours.

The person in charge of documents of the management board shall issue to any person applying therefor, copies or extracts of the documents referred to in the first paragraph.

468.31. The registers and documents in the possession of the secretary and forming part of the records of the management board and the account books of the treasurer may be examined by any person during office hours.

The secretary or, as the case may be, the treasurer shall issue to any person applying therefor, copies or extracts of the documents referred to in the first paragraph. The tariff that may be fixed by the board of directors cannot exceed the scope of the decrees referred to in sections 91 and 103.
