162. With each nomination paper, there shall be filed a declaration from the candidate or some other person stating under oath or solemn affirmation that the candidate is a Canadian citizen and that he is duly qualified.

162. With each nomination-paper, there shall be filed a declaration from the candidate or some other person stating under oath that the candidate is a Canadian citizen and that he is duly qualified, and containing a description of the immoveable property on which such qualification is based.
