Section 16.1
Disposition versions
16.1. Section 16 applies to the civil administration’s written communications with the operator of an enterprise as if the operator were a legal person and with the necessary modifications.
The application of this section to English language school boards was suspended by a decision of the Superior Court of Québec until a final judgment, except for situations where a partner or a contracting party requires the use of the official language.
