3. The Minister shall send a copy of the plan to the local municipality having jurisdiction in the territory described in the plan.

3. The Minister shall also have a copy of each plan deposited

(a)  (paragraph repealed);

(b)  in the office of the secretary-treasurer of the municipal corporation having jurisdiction on such territory; and

(c)  in case of an unorganized territory, in the office which the Minister may designate.

(b)  in the office of the secretary-treasurer of the municipal corporation having jurisdiction on such territory; and
