7. The Minister shall fix the delay for the filing of any delayed return contemplated in sections 4 and 5.
He shall publish in the Gazette officielle du Québec a notice mentioning each return required opposite the name of each company concerned and the delay fixed for the filing of any return mentioned as well as the eventual dissolution of any company which does not comply with the requirements of the act within the delay fixed.
