32. (Repealed).

32. The Minister may also, in managing the financing fund, perform a transaction referred to in section 16 of the Financial Administration Act (chapter A‐6.001) between the financing fund and the consolidated revenue fund.
Sections 16 to 19 of the said Act apply to such a transaction, with the necessary modifications.
