115. (Replaced).
115. The Québec Official Publisher and the functionaries and employees of his office shall be functionaries and employees of the National Assembly.
They shall form an office called the “Bureau de l’éditeur officiel du Québec”. Section 9 of the Executive Power Act (chapter E-18) shall apply to such office as if such office were a service under the control of a member of the Conseil exécutif.
