34. The Minister may authorize a person to act as an inspector for the purposes of this Act.

34. The chairman of the bureau may authorize a person to act as an inspector for the purposes of this Act.

34. An inspector of the bureau may, at any reasonable time, during opening hours, enter any premises where he has reasonable grounds to believe that activities for which a permit is required under this act are carried on, or that activities contemplated in section 32 are carried on, to ascertain that this act and the regulations are complied with.
