26. As soon as possible after he assumes provisional administration of a childcare centre, a day care centre, a nursery school or a stop over centre, the administrator shall submit his findings and recommendations to the Minister in a provisional report.

26. As soon as possible after it assumes provisional administration of a day care centre, nursery school, stop over centre or home day care agency, the bureau shall make a provisional report of its findings to the Minister, accompanied with its recommendations.
