10.5. The permit holder shall inform in writing all the parents of children who are received in the day care centre or nursery school of the names of the committee members and, before every meeting of the committee, of the date, time and place of the meeting and the matters on the agenda, in particular, any matter referred to in the third paragraph of section 10.

10.5. The permit holder shall inform in writing all the parents of children who are received by the day care centre or nursery school or by the persons the permit holder has recognized as persons responsible for home day care of the names of the committee members and, before every meeting of the committee, of the date, time and place of the meeting and the matters on the agenda, in particular, any matter referred to in the third paragraph of section 10.
