4. (Repealed).
1969, c. 58, s. 4; 1978, c. 65, s. 3.
4. The duties of the Director, the assistant directors, the wild-life conservation officers and the functionaries and employees of the Branch shall be to promote wild-life conservation in Québec, under the authority of the Minister.
For such purpose, they shall in particular see that the laws and regulations respecting wild-life are carried out and shall inform the public as to the provisions of such laws and regulations.
