121. (Repealed).
M.C. 1916, a. 92; 1993, c. 65, s. 94.
121. The warden holds office from his entry into the same until the swearing in of his successor, even if he ceases to be a member of the council.
Nevertheless, the warden appointed by the council may at any time be removed from office by a resolution approved by the vote of two-thirds of the members of such council, provided that his successor be appointed at the same time and by the same resolution.
