49. (Repealed).

49. An agreement on a matter referred to in section 45 shall be filed with the Minister of Labour in accordance with the first paragraph of section 72 of the Labour Code (chapter C-27). The agreement shall take effect in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of that section.

An agreement on a matter referred to in section 45 shall be filed at one of the offices of the Commission des relations du travail established by the Labour Code (chapter C-27) in accordance with the first paragraph of section 72 of that Code. The agreement shall take effect in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of that section.
