64.6. (Repealed).
1984, c. 20, s. 6; 1991, c. 60, s. 25; 1995, c. 10, s. 13.
64.6. The basic assessment rates, discount rates and unit prices determined in accordance with sections 26 and 64.5 shall be published in at least one agricultural journal or, if there is no agricultural journal, in another newspaper designated by the Régie.
The rates and prices thus published remain in force until new rates and prices are published.

64.6. The assessment rate, discount rate and unit price contemplated in sections 64.4 and 64.5 are published in the Gazette officielle du Québec and in at least one agricultural journal designated by the Régie, before 31 March in the year in which they are to apply.
Failing such publication, the rates and prices in force during the preceding summer continue to apply.
