The Act respecting the Québec Pension Plan (chapter R-9) and the Regulations made thereunder apply to any person referred to in the Understanding on Social Security between the Government of the Republic of Austria and the Gouvernement du Québec signed on 9 December 1993 and appearing in Schedule I.
