MEDICATIONS FOR HUMAN USE SOLD ON PRESCRIPTION
Except as otherwise provided in the Regulation, this Schedule includes, besides the medications listed below, all the drugs and substances listed in the Schedules to the Regulations concerning the sale of drugs and substances made pursuant to the Food and Drugs Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-27), in the list established in accordance with section 29.1 of that Act or in the Schedules to the Regulations concerning the sale of drugs and substances made pursuant to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (S.C. 1996, c. 19).
