24. The committee, an investigator or an expert may order the chiropractor or his clerk and, where applicable, any person referred to in the second paragraph of section 1 to allow access to the records, books, registers and other items referred to in section 1.
Where the records, books, registers and other items referred to in section 1 are kept by a third party, the chiropractor shall, on request, authorize that party to permit the committee, the investigator or the expert to take cognizance thereof or make a copy thereof.
