Acupuncturists who, in their advertising, claim to possess skills or specific qualities, particularly in respect of the effectiveness or scope of their services and of those generally provided by other members of their profession or in respect of their level of competence, must be able to substantiate such claims.
Acupuncturists who, in their advertising, ascribe particular advantages to a service or certain performance characteristics, claim that a pecuniary benefit will result from the use of a service or claim that a service complies with determined standards must be able to substantiate such claims.
