Section 107
Disposition versions
107. For the purposes of the first paragraph of section 83.12 of the Act, the Commission is to take the following criteria into account:
(1) the number of accused in a trial;
(2) the number of accusations;
(3) the nature of the offences;
(4) the scope and complexity of the evidence;
(5) the complexity of applicable rules of law;
(6) the anticipated length of the trial; and
(7) the public interest.
