234. The pension of a judge who dies after retirement shall continue to be paid to his spouse or, if he leaves no spouse, to his heirs until the first day of the month following the death of the judge.

234. From the death of a judge in office or of a retired judge, the child of the judge is entitled to a pension equal to one-fifth of the pension granted to the spouse under section 233.
If the deceased judge leaves no spouse entitled to a pension or if the spouse dies thereafter, the child is entitled to a pension equal to two-fifths of the pension of a spouse.
