68. In no case may the commission, any member or mandatary of the commission or any member of its personnel be prosecuted for any omission or any act done in good faith in the performance of his or its duties.
Moreover, they are, for the purposes of an investigation, vested with the powers and immunity of commissioners appointed under the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), except the power to order imprisonment.

68. In no case may the commission, any member or mandatary of the commission, any member of its personnel or a complaints committee established by the commission be prosecuted for any omission or any act done in good faith in the performance of his or its duties.
Moreover, they are, for the purposes of an investigation, vested with the powers and immunity of commissioners appointed under the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), except the power to order imprisonment.

68. The commission shall, not later than 31 March each year, remit to the President of the National Assembly a report of its activities during the preceding calendar year, and of its recommendations.
Such report shall be laid before the National Assembly if it is in session or, if it is not, within thirty days of the opening of the next session.
The report shall be published and distributed by the Québec Official Publisher in the manner determined by order of the Government.
