64. Before entering office, the members and mandataries of the commission, the members of its personnel and the arbitrators designated by it shall make the oaths provided in Schedule I before the President of the National Assembly in the case of the members of the commission and before the president of the commission in all other cases.

64. The commission may make by-laws for its internal management.
Such by-laws shall come into force, after their approval by the Government, on their publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any date indicated therein.
