98. Except on the order of a court, a person employed by the Board to conduct an inquiry or an inspection shall not give or allow communication to any person other than a person authorized, generally or specially, by the Board, information obtained under this Act, nor allow a person not so authorized to examine a document or a copy or extract of such document produced or obtained under section 96.
