24. (Repealed).

24. A reunion permit entitles the holder to serve or sell to those attending the reunion alcoholic beverages, except draught beer, for consumption on the premises, only in the room, on the day and at the hours specified in the permit. Such permit may be granted notwithstanding the restrictions or prohibitions imposed by a municipal by-law.
