I-8.1 - Act respecting offences relating to alcoholic beverages

104. It is forbidden:
(a)  to represent by any means that an alcoholic beverage is beneficial to health or possesses nutritive or curative value;
(b)  to advertise or promote alcoholic beverages or offer educational programs in respect of alcoholic beverages in contravention of regulations made under paragraph 12 of section 114 of the Act respecting liquor permits (chapter P-9.1).

104. It is forbidden:
(a)  to represent by any means that an alcoholic beverage is beneficial to health or possesses nutritive or curative value;
(b)  to advertise an alcoholic beverage by a means not in conformity with the regulations made under paragraph 12 of section 114 of the Act respecting liquor permits (chapter P-9.1).

104. It is forbidden:
(a)  to represent by any means that an alcoholic beverage is beneficial to health or possesses nutritive or curative value;
(b)  to advertise an alcoholic beverage by means of signs which are not in conformity with the regulations adopted under section 105.
