12.8. A public body must, in accordance with the guidelines defined by the Minister concerning digital transformation initiatives establish a digital transformation plan and send it to the government chief digital transformation officer.
The Minister determines the information to be included in the plan, the period it covers, its form and the intervals at which it must be reviewed.
The Minister may ask a public body to make any amendment to its digital transformation plan that the Minister considers necessary to ensure it is consistent with the government digital transformation strategy.
