E-9 - Act respecting private education

31. Every institution of general education must:
(a)  comply with the provisions of the Education Act (chapter I-13.3) and the regulations thereunder or under the General and Vocational Colleges Act (chapter C-29) respecting the conditions for admission of students to studies at the level of education that it gives;
(b)  employ teachers having the required qualifications within the meaning of the regulations made under section 456 of the Education Act or section 18 of the General and Vocational Colleges Act;
(c)  present its students for the final tests of the levels concerned held by the Minister or under his autority.

(a)  comply with the regulations made under the Act respecting the Conseil supérieur de l’éducation or the General and Vocational Colleges Act respecting the conditions for admission of pupils to studies at the level of education that it gives;
(b)  employ instructors having the required qualifications within the meaning of the regulations contemplated in section 30 of the Act respecting the Conseil supérieur de l’éducation or in section 18 of the General and Vocational Colleges Act;
(c)  present its pupils for the final examinations of the levels concerned, held by the Minister or under his authority.
