51. The Government shall be ipsofacto subrogated in the right of recovery of any person who receives an indemnity contemplated in section 50 following injury to or the death of a holder of a hunting licence caused by the fault of a third party, up to the amount of the indemnity; it is not bound by a settlement or discontinuance unless the Minister of Justice participates therein.
