C-35 - Act respecting the Commission municipale

7. Two members shall constitute a quorum of the Commission where a matter has been referred to two or more members.

Notwithstanding section 6, one member may act alone for the purposes of sections 204, 208.1, 209 and 236.1 of the Act respecting municipal taxation (chapter F‐2.1).
